Error J-7302 (Finisher) Follow
Problem:
Error J-7302 (Finisher)
Cause:
When the machine is idling, the stacker entrance sensor (PS5) is active. (FS-531, FS-612) Continuous error code J-7302 while printing booklets
Solution:
- Either some paper is stuck in the booklet maker, or the entrance sensor has popped out of its housing.
- Open the FS front door and the jam release lever and remove any jammed paper.
- If there is no paper, please view the video to see the location of the sensor and simply press it back into its housing...
