Understanding Tools Follow

Go to https://onboardprint.com/

Enter credentials assigned to your vessel then sign in

Select Tools Menu Page

Tools page will open up

To review your tools, click export

Item will be downloaded as an excel document

Open document

Excel will display each tools expected to have onboard

Employee prints excel document

Employee takes the list next to his toolbox and does a physical count of each item

Employees go back to onboardprint and updates the list with correct quantities

Employees will send an email to Ray Guerra at shoreside with request of replacement items

Example of email:

Hello Ray,

I would like to inform you that our vacuum system has stopped working and we would like to request a replacement for Adventure of the Seas, below you will find the details:

Item Name: Atrix VACOMEGAS Omega Supreme Vacuum

Item Model: B004BBMO0S

Quantity: 1

Vessel Location: Miami, Florida

Port agent information: Name, address, phone, email 

Port Dates: 09/09/2025, 09/18/2025, 09/28/2025
