SOP for paper condition Follow

If you have any concerns with the papers received, (broken box, smaller pages, cut un-even, ect)

Please follow the steps below when reporting                                                               

• Gather PO Number
• Gather voyage number
• Date Onboard
• Paper Type
• Quantity Damage
• Pictures of damages/problems
• Explain in clean detail the damages/problems
• Gather the box identification number
• Send all details to Ray for review

If you turn the box to the side, you will see a CHD number – this will tell us what container is from
