Understanding Ship Ordering Schedule (SISO) Follow
When ordering, make sure that 5 days before the order due date, you have already placed the order. If you miss to order on the scheduled order due date, you will miss your container.
Click the filter button on the MOT cell and choose HOTEL BIWEEKLY HOTEL, this is the only MOT that you will be using, when choosing the container
- Order Due Date - this is the lead time that the order should be placed, ordering after this date will miss the container.
- Day - (Mon, Fri, Wed, etc.)
- Voyage# - this is a unique five-character identification number that is assigned to a voyage.
- Loading Port - port where orders are loaded onto a ship.
- Loading Delivery Date - date when orders are physically loaded onto a ship.
- MOT – method of transportation (HOTEL BIWEEKLY HOTEL)
- Vendor Delivery Date – delivery date to RCCL warehouse
- Vendor Lead Days – number of days that indicates how many days it takes to deliver goods to RCCL warehouse.
- Total Lead Days - time between order due date and loading delivery date.
- Local / Container – determines if delivery is directly to a ship or via a container.
