Problem

Error Code C-3303, Issue with fuser Fan FM33 and FM34

Solution

Replace fan FM33 and/or FM34

To access the fan

Disconnect the 2nd transfer unit connectors

Remove the cover screw

Remove 4 screws

Remove the two screws in the back. you can use a mirror or phone camera to locate it

Remove the duplex plastic cover

Remove 2 screws

Then, Lift the the whole assembly and flip it upside down

Remove 2 Fan screws

Disconnect the Connectors and remove the wiring from the harness
