Error Code Solution: C-0213 Follow

Solution

1. Detach the finisher from the Main Body
   
   Remove 2 screws from the Finisher
   
   
    

   Separate the Main Body and Finisher, then disconnect the connectors
   
    

   Remove 4 installation plates, it has 2 screws each.

2. Follow the video to remove the Charging Roller and the Frame
   Charging Roller Removal.mov
   
    
3. Follow the video to remove the Exit Section, then clean the bushings and gears, when removing make sure to remember the position of the arrow (see image below).

4. Make sure to thoroughly clean/spray WD40 on the bushings of the black and white gear on the picture below.
