Error Code Solution: C-4631/C-4632/C-4633/C-4634 Follow

Problem:

Error C-4631

Classification:

Main body: Color registration sensor/Fr (Y) abnormality

Cause:

Color Registration Error - (C-4631 Yellow, C-4632 Magenta, C-4633 Cyan, C-4634 Black)

The histogram processing of the Y toner has terminated abnormally on the color registration sensor/Fr (PS60).

Solution:

• Power the machine OFF from the main switch leaving the sub-switch ON.

• Turn the main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the comes up in Service mode.

• -02 process adjustment

• -02 drum peculiarity

• -04 toner density revert

• Select "All On" button, then hit the Start Button on the keypad, the machine should start to make a noise.

Note:

If the readings are very high on any of the colors perform as below for that color
Values for toner should be in around 6.4, you might have to run a few times to get it near 6.4)

• -02 gamma automatic adjust (wait for operation to complete)

• Exit to previous back to service menu

• -01 Machine Adjustment

• 01 Printer Adjustment

• 10 Colour Registration Adjustment (wait for operation to complete)

• When completed exit out of service mode.
