Error Code Solution: C-3105 Follow

Problem:

Error C-3105

Classification:

Main body: Motor abnormality

Cause:

Within a specified period of time after the fusing swing motor (M40) starts the home position return operation, the fusing swing home sensor (PS21) does not detect the home position. Error in fuser swing arm function

Solution:

• The first thing to do is to restart the machine by powering off the main switch and leaving it for a minute to sit and restart. Machine reinitialization may clear this error and you can work away.
• Check the IO Check (47-05) and others of M47 and the coupling of the gear. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
• Check IO Check (47-05) of PS24, IO Check (47-06) of PS26, IO Check (47-07) of PS25 and the operation of PS24, PS26, PS25, and repair it when there is any abnormality.

Note:

If a machine reboot does not stop the error from reoccurring, restart the machine in service mode (Open the foot door, power off the main switch, and hold down the "Utility/Counter" key on the keypad, power on and keep holding the key until the machine boots up in service mode, close the front door)

Select Option 3 , (System Setting )

Select Option 1 , (Software DIPSW )

using arrows change the leftmost number to 161

using arrows change the middle number to 1 

select the rightmost setting to 0

• Exit out of this section and keep exiting/closing out of service mode and the machine will restart and warm up again.
