Error Code Solution: C-3102 Follow

Problem:

Error C-3102 (Fuser Error)

Classification:

Main Body: Motor Abnormality

Cause:

During the pressing operation: Within a specified period of time after the fusing pressure release motor (M47) becomes active, the fusing pressure position sensor/2 (PS26) or the fusing pressure position sensor/3 (PS25) does not become active. During the release operation: Within a specified period of time after M47 becomes active, the fusing pressure position sensor/1 (PS24) does not become active. (Broken actuator   No 5.  Part no. A50U744700 Pressure Actuator /1) 

Solution:

• Check the fusing unit,
• Check IO Check (47-05) of PS24, IO Check (47-06) of PS26, IO Check (47-07) of PS25 and the operation of PS24, PS26, PS25, and repair it when there is any abnormality.
• Check the flag actuator if broken on the bottom part of the fusing. please see images for reference. replace the flag actuator.
