SOP - Understanding Azamara Containers Follow

• All Azamara orders must be placed on OBP one month before warehouse date
• Delivery date to BWS – delivery date to Azamara Warehouse (not onboard)
• Port – expected port the items are expected to be onboard
• Ship Load Date – date your supplies and parts are expected onboard your vessel
• All orders are delivered one week before delivery date to ensure container is secured (this helps you make changes to order till approved)
• You will have orders much earlier than others to procure based on ship location (example: Onward for 2/8/2025 or Journey for 2/22/2025)
• Always check with your inventory manager to ensure the manifest has your items arriving on the expected months

Always watch the updated delivery dates as they could change based on logistics.

If containers are delayed or lost, Azamara logistics will assist with replacements as emergency freight.
