Problem
Consistent J-7216 on all print job.
Solution
Check the charge roller unit if there are any stuck paper.
To access the charge roller unit
Open the Finisher front door, then release the lock of the charge roller unit according to the arrow to bring it down. Make sure to put it back to the original position after checking.
There will be times that you might need to detach the Finisher and the whole Charge roller unit to clear it of stuck paper.
