Jam Solution: J-1622 Follow
Problem
Consistent Jam error J-1622, paper not exiting Tray 5.
Troubleshoot
Check if Loop Motor M6 is stuck/not rotating properly.
To check, you will see the belt on the paper feed section of tray 5, try to rotate if it is rotating properly, sometimes it gets stuck after a number of rotations. Please see image below.
Replace
PFU Drive Board Assy and Loop Motor M6
