Jam Solution: J-1632 (Cannot open PF-707 Tray 4) Follow
Problem:
Machine had J-1632 jam, and PF-707 Tray 4 cannot be opened/stucked
Solution:
- Go to service mode, and press start on IO check 29-61 to disengage the Tray lock solenoid/2
- Release the manual tray lock inside the PFU door.
- Pull out the tray.
- Press stop on IO check mode, and exit service mode.
