MFD Service - PAR level parts needed - Procedure Follow

1. Login to crunchtime
2. Go to Reports > Inventory > Stock Card
3. Input the PRD number of the part under "Product" and select the part name
4. If the part is available, take a screen shot of the whole page and paste it on the email template for Part Request. If the part is not available proceed to step 6.
5. Send an email to request the part, below is the template.
*Do not forget to input the "Service Notification Number" and "Machine Serial Number" on the subject and Part Name, PRD Number, and the screenshot on the body of the email.

Hello [User], To proceed with the repair of your Konica Minolta printer, please order the parts listed below in crunchtime as soon as possible. Once the parts are in hand at location, kindly contact the printer specialist for the installation. [Part Name and PRD Number] |
6. Incase that the part is not available onboard, here's the email template.
*Do not forget to input the "Service Notification Number" and "Machine Serial Number" on the subject and Part Name, PRD Number, and the screenshot on the body of the email.
