Replacement of manual bypass tray feed roller, and manual bypass tray separation roller assy for KM C368,C308,C258 Follow

Procedure:

• Open the right door.
• Remove the screw [1] and remove the feed roller cover [2].

• Remove the screw [1] and remove the bushing [2] and the metal plate [3].

• Remove the manual bypass tray feed roller [1].

• Remove the screw [1] and remove the cover [2].

• Remove the manual bypass tray separation roller unit [1].

• Remove the C-ring [1] and remove the manual bypass tray separation roller assy [2].

• To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.
• Select [Service Mode] -> [Counter] -> [Life] and clear the count of [Manual Tray].
