Replacing the Fusing Paper Exit Roller/Up KM C4070/C4080 Follow

Fusing Paper Exit Roller/Up

Procedure:

• Remove the fusing unit.

• Open the fusing paper exit plate assy [1].

• Remove 2 screws [2] and remove the paper exit guide assy [3].

Note:

• 
  When you reinstall the paper exit guide assy [3], be sure to check that the left side is stuck to the arrow-marked direction.

• Remove 2 E-ring [1].

• Remove the shaft [2] in the arrow-marked direction, and remove the 2 fusing paper exit rollers/Up [3].

• Remove the bearings [2] 2 each, from the each fusing paper exit roller/Up [1].

• Reinstall the preceding parts following the removal steps in reverse.
  After you replace the part, be sure to reset the parts counter.
