Requesting RCL University portal to be added to My RCL homepage Follow
Steps on submitting service request to add RCL University Portal to My RCL page for new hire in order to access online trainings once onboard. This service request can be done even at home once crew member already have ID Number and an account of My RCL (https://myrclhome.com/main_login).
- Visit this web address: LINK
- Contact us about: Choose Request/Modify Access from the drop down menu.
- Once Request/Modify Access is selected, choose Request Access.
- Fill up the necessary spaces with (*) and choose RCL University on the drop down Menu.
- Attach the current My RCL page then send the request. After sending, a notification from the technical team will be received. You can also follow-up on the current status of the request by replying to the email.
Please Note:
Before creating a ticket, crew member should already have a working My RCL Account and an ID Number.
