Medical Examinations Follow
Employees must be fit to perform all functions of their job and not cause a direct threat to the health or safety of themselves or anyone else.
Employees will be required to complete medical questionnaires in the hiring and/or rehiring process and upon transfer or when other circumstances warrant, or undergo medical examination as required by applicable law or Company policy.
All employees who develop medical conditions after they have completed their Pre-Employment Medical Examination must declare those conditions, illnesses, surgeries and/or injuries to your DG3 Shoreside Management at the time they occur.
Employees desiring to return to work after being deemed medically unfit for duty will be required to submit to a medical examination prior to returning to work in order to determine fitness for duty. If at any time the Company determines that any employee poses a direct threat to the health or safety of themselves or anyone else, or is unable to perform their job functions, that employee may be required to submit to an examination or evaluation by the medical center or other health care provider designated by the Company.
