Scope
This policy applies to:
- New Hires: Employees joining the organization for the first time.
- Returning Crew: Employees rejoining the organization after a break in service.
Evaluation Framework
The evaluation process is divided into three mandatory reviews:

- 90-Day Review

2. Returning Crew
Training Period:
Returning crew will participate in refresher courses to update them on any changes in operations, systems, or policies.
Mandatory Reviews:
- 15-Day Review
- Additional flexibility will be provided to tailor the process based on their prior experience.
3. Key Components of the Evaluation Process
Each review will assess the following:

- Accurate record-keeping and stock monitoring.

4. Development Plan
