English-Only Language Policy
We are very proud to have such a diverse workforce with employees joining us from around the world with their own cultures and languages. However, it is important that all employees speak only English, especially when conversing with each other. It can appear to be rude for guests and other employees if other languages are used which may not be understood. The exception to this policy would be on those ships where a mixture of languages is required for passengers.
