Cause
The rising edge of the fusing control periodical signal abnormality is not detected for a specified period of time.
 

Measures to take when an alert occurs
The main body and the option stop immediately.
 

Estimated abnormal parts
• Printer control board (PRCB)
• DC power supply/1 (DCPS1)
 

Solution
1. Check the connector connection between DCPS1 and PRCB, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
2. Replace PRCB.
3. Replace DCPS1.
