PF: PF-602m or PF-707m power source abnormality

Cause

12 V DC is not supplied to PF.

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Estimated abnormal parts

• PF drive board (PFDB, PFUDB)
• DC power supply/1 (DCPS1) (AC57V130##, AC58V130## (C4070: Japan))

Correction

Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. PF-602m: Check the connector connection between PFDB and DCPS1, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
2. PF-707m: Check the connector connection between PFUDB and DCPS1, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
2. PF-602m: Replace PFDB.
3. PF-707m: Replace PFUDB.
3. PF-602m: Replace DCPS1.
4. PF-707m: Replace DCPS1.
4. PF-602m: Replace PFDB and DCPS1 at a time.
5. LU-707m: Replace PFUDB and DCPS1 at the same time.
