Cause

The stapler home sensor (PS060) does not become active within a specified period of time after the stapler motor (M401) starts operations.

Measures to take when the alert occurs

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Estimated abnormal parts

• FNS control board (FNSCB)
• Stapler unit

Correction

Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. Check the connector connection and the wiring between FNSCB and the stapler, and repair it when there is any abnormality.
2. Replacing the stapler assy
3. Replace FNSCB.
