Cause
Printer control board (PRCB) communication abnormality. The downstream communication abnormality signal of the high precision drive is received.

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction
Deactivate and activate the sub power switch (SW2) of the main body.
Note
- The message "Please turn on power again" is displayed on the touch panel.
Solution
- Prior check
- On [Service Mode] → [Firmware Version] → [Firmware Version], make sure that the version of [Printer Sub CPU D1] is displayed.
- Replace PRCB.
