Cause
When the waste toner collection motor/1 (M13) is active, an error detection signal of M13 is detected continuously for a specified period of time.
Measures to take when an alert occurs
The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction
Note
- The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution
- Check the toner supply section, and repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Check IO Check (54-22) of M13 and the coupling of the gear, and repair or replace it when there is any abnormality. (Wiring diagram: Main body (2/5): 7-B)
- Replace M13.
- Replace PRCB.
