Cause

The color registration correction is completed in the watch area 5 times in succession.

Measures to take when an alert occurs

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Estimated abnormal parts

• IDC sensor/Fr (IDCS1)
• IDC sensor/Rr (IDCS2)
• Printer control board (PRCB)

Correction

Deactivate and activate the sub power switch (SW2) of the main body.

Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. Replace IDCS1.
2. Replace IDCS2.
3. Replace PRCB.
4. Report it to Konica Minolta with the log data.
5. Note
   • Do not deactivate and activate the main power until you acquire the log data.
