Cause

The input image size that is notified by the controller and the image size that is actually transferred (YMCK-VV length) does not match.

Measures to take when an alert occurs

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction

Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. Prior check
   • The cable is connected between the controller and the main body.
   • The power of the controller is not deactivated. Reconnect the communication cable that is connected to the image processing board (IPB).
   • The firmware for the image control system, the controller, and the network control is the latest.
2. Replace IPB.
