Cause
Printer control board (PRCB) 5 V DC for option abnormality.
An error signal is detected continuously for a specified period of time.

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction
Note
- The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution
- Disconnect CN100 on PRCB, boot the main body, and check the 5 V output of CN100-1.
- Replace PRCB when the output is 5 V.
- Check the connector connection between PRCB and DCPS2, CN100 of PRCB, CN4PU2 of DCPS2, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Check the connector connection of PRCB, CN107 and CN150 of PRCB, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Check the connector connection of DCPS2, CN2PU2 of DCPS2, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Check the options of PRCB connection. Then repair or replace it when there is any abnormality.
- Replace PRCB.
- Replace DCPS2.
