Cause

Recovery failed even after the line status error and the checksum error between the image processing board (IPB) and the printer control board (PRCB) are detected and the requested retransmission is performed. Measures to take when an alert occurs

Correction

Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. Check the connector connections between IPB and PRCB, and repair it when there is any abnormality.
2. Replace PRCB.
