Printer control board (PRCB) 24 V DC abnormality.
An error signal is detected continuously for a specified period of time.

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction
Note
- The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution
- Check the connector connection between PRCB and DCPS1, CN103 of PRCB, CN2PU1 of DCPS1, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Check the connector connection between PRCB and DCPS1, CN110 of PRCB, CN7PU1 of DCPS1, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Replace PRCB.
- Replace DCPS1.
