Classification

Main body: IR image processing ASIC clock input malfunction trouble (surface)

Cause

During the scanning of the surface, the image processing ASIC register is read and written, but the write value and the read value do not match.

Measures to take when an alert occurs

The main body and the option stop immediately.

• CCD board (CCDB)
• Image processing board (IPB)

Correction

Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. Perform the IO Check (99-70) and check if there is a problem with IPB.
   • When the results are abnormal, perform solution 2 and solution 4.
   • When the results are normal, perform following solutions other than solution 4.
2. Check the connector connection between IPB and CCDB, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
3. Replace CCDB.
4. Replace IPB.
