Cause

When a specified period of time elapses after the power becomes active, an error detection signal of ICP9 is detected continuously for a specified period of time.

Measures to take when an alert occurs

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction

Note

• The message "Please turn on power again" is displayed on the touch panel.

Solution

1. Check the connector connection between CDB and the paper exit solenoid (SD5), CN118 of CDB, CN638 (Relay connector), CN451 of SD5, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
2. Check the connector connection between CDB and the intermediate conveyance clutch/2 (CL6), CN174 of CDB, CN478 of CL6, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
3. Check the connector connection between CDB and the intermediate conveyance clutch/3 (CL7), CN174 of CDB, CN479 of CL7, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
4. Check the connector connection between CDB and the ADU conveyance clutch (CL8), CN166 of CDB, CN421 of CL8, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
5. Check the connector connection between CDB and the ADU pre-registration clutch (CL9), CN174 of CDB, CN422 of CL9, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
6. Replace CDB.
