Cause
When the sub power switch (SW2) becomes active, ISW unwritten area is detected in the SD firmware.

Correction
Note
- The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution
- Reinstall the SD control board (SDCB) firmware.
- Check the I/F connector connections for ISW on the USB relay board (RBU) and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Check the connector connection between RBU and image processing board (IPB), and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
