Cause

An abnormality occurs in the network control area of the SSD (SSD).

Measures to take when an alert occurs

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction

Press the help key to activate and deactivate the sub power switch (SW2) of the main body.

Note

When you isolate the faulty part, the limited use is available.
The message "Please call service" and "Press [Help] to disengage" are displayed alternately on the touch panel.
When you press the help key, the message "Please turn on power again" is displayed on the touch panel.

Solution

Check the firmware (P9) of the network control, and reinstall the firmware when the version is different.
Execute the IO Check (99-03) of the auto correction for the broken files in SSD.
Execute the IO Check (99-70) of the board self-diagnosis. Check the results of SSD.
- When the results are OK: Go on to the step 6.
- When the result is NG: There is an abnormality in SSD or the connection. Go on to the following steps, and check the SSD connection.
Check the connector connection between OACB and SSD, and CN302 of OACB. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
Check the connector connection between the image processing board (IPB) and OACB, CN201 of IPB, CN1001 of OACB. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
Conduct the Format SSD All Data. (Refer to Format HDD All Data)
Replace OACB and SSD. (Refer to Overall control board (OACB), SSD (SSD))
