Cause

The reading and writing operation to SSD is failed.

Measures to take when an alert occurs

The main body and the option stop immediately.

Correction

Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. Execute the IO Check (99-03) of the auto correction for the broken files in SSD.
2. Execute the IO Check (99-70) of the board self-diagnosis. Check the results of SSD.
   • When the results are OK: Go on to the step 5.
   • When the results are NG: There is an abnormality in SSD or the connection. Go on to the following steps, and check SSD connection.
3. Check the connector connection between OACB and SSD, and CN302 of OACB. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
4. Check the connector connection between the image processing board (IPB) and OACB, CN201 of IPB, CN1001 of OACB. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
5. Conduct the Format SSD All Data. (Refer to Format SSD All Data)
6. Replace OACB and SSD. (Refer to Overall control board (OACB), SSD (SSD))
