Note

• The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.

Solution

1. Prior check
2. Check the IROM version and the P9ROM version, and upgrade to the latest combination.
2. After you upgrade the version, deactivate and activate the main power switch (SW1) of the main body.
3. If the latest combination does not improve the situation, report it to Konica Minolta with the log data.
4. Note
   • Do not deactivate and activate the main power until you acquire the log data.
   • After you acquire the log data, deactivate and activate the main power, and check that the error is resolved.
