Cause
When the fusing separation fan/3 (FM12) is active, an error detection signal of FM12 is detected continuously for a specified period of time.
Measures to take when an alert occurs
The main body and the option stop immediately.

- Fusing separation fan/3 (FM12)
Correction
Note
- The message "Please call service" is displayed on the panel.
Solution
- Check the connector connection between FM12 and PRCB, and the wiring. Then repair it when there is any abnormality.
- Rotate FM12 by hand or the IO Check (42-28) and other methods. Then repair it when there is any abnormality. (Wiring diagram: Main body (2/5): 6-I)
- Replace FM12.
- Replace PRCB.
- Replace FM12 and PRCB at the same time.
